Minutes of the meeting on Monday September 21st 2015 in the Methodist Church, Wareham Rd, Lytchett Matravers at 6:45
PRESENT were: Cllrs C Wood, A Huggins, E Wilson, P Webb and Mr T Watton (Parish Clerk)
No members of the public were present.
1. APOLOGIES: Cllrs R Carswell, A Cottman and J Taylor
2. DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST: There were none.
3. Public participation (standing orders suspended). There was none.
4. Minutes of meeting held on 6th August 2015 were unanimously agreed as an accurate record and were signed by the meeting Chairman.
5. MATTERS ARISING.
6/2015/0361 Mrs Christine Field .Harbour Lights, Huntick Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6BB. Erect replacement dwelling. Some concerns were expressed that this large building proposal is on an open site outside of the settlement boundary which may cause harm to the greenbelt and general aspect of this part of the village. PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.
6/2015/0382 Mr & Mrs P. Vivian. 13, Scutts Close, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6HB. Erect first floor front extension PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.
6/2015/0392 OOTA Property Ltd. 4, Penrose Close, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6EF. Alterations and extensions to existing bungalow including raising the roof height to accommodate new rooms in the roof space. Introduction of balcony with glazed balustrade at east elevation. The Council members expressed some concern about the proposed Juliet balcony since this might present a problem of overlooking. PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.
6/2015/0397 Mr Jerry Cocking. September Cottage, Deans Drove, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6EQ. Raise roof height, insert dormer windows to enlarge first floor accommodation. Construct rear terrace. PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.
6/2015/0433 Mr Day, 19 Huntick Estate, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6EB. Erect single storey garage extension with monopitch roof. PASS shows that this application has been withdrawn.
6/2015/0410 Mr and Mrs J Cox. Aldersyde Cottage, Middle Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6HJ Single storey extension to existing ancillary building to create garden room.PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.
6/2015/0415 Mr & Mrs A. Davis. Windy Ridge, Huntick Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6BB. Construct balcony at first floor level. PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.
6. 6/2015/0523 Mr & Mrs Thompson. The Firs, Flowers Drove, Lytchett Matravers BH16 6BX. Form link from dwelling to existing garage and convert garage into living accommodation. Erect new garage. NO OBJECTION.
