Lytchett Matravers Parish Council

 Minutes of the meeting on Monday 20th January 2014 in the Sports Club Pavilion, High St Car Park, Lytchett Matravers at 7:00 pm.

PRESENT were: Cllr C Wood, Cllr Talbot, Cllr Miller, Cllr E Wilson, Cllr Taylor, Cllr McKenzie, Mr T Watton, Parish Clerk.

 

Two members of the public were also present.

 

1.      APOLOGIES, Cllr J Dyball.

 

2.      DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST: There were none.

 

3.   Public participation (standing orders suspended). The owners of a property adjacent to the proposed development at minute 7 below explained that they wished to attend the meeting to hear the Council’s consideration of the latest proposal in relation to this site. The chairman summarised the history of previous proposals and that the grounds for previous objections had been “overdevelopment” for the size of the plot. Comment was also made both by the members of the public and the committee Chairman about what is considered to be the inappropriate level of quality of the plans and related information accompanying them; in that in each subsequent resubmission it is very difficult to identify what changes have been made since the previous submission.

 

4.   Minutes of meeting held on Thursday 2nd January 2013 were unanimously agreed as an accurate record and were signed by the meeting Chairman.

 

5.     MATTERS ARISING.

6/2013/0615 Mrs Noble.  Dullar Farm Cottage, Dullar Lane, Sturminster Marshall, BH21 4AB. Erect single storey side extension to create granny annexe with storage at first floor. Insert new rooflights on north, south and west elevations & erect new garage/carport building. PASS shows that PDC have now approved this application.   

6/2013/0616 Mr Gurr. Sunnyside Farm, Wimborne Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6HQ. Demolish existing single storey garage/workshop, create L shaped ancillary building & retain front wall. PASS shows that PDC have now approved this application.

6/2013/0642 93 Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6DY. Construct new driveway & drop kerb. PASS shows that PDC have not yet determined this application.

6/2013/0669 OOTA Property Ltd. 10 Glebe Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6EH. Demolish existing bungalow and erect detached house with integral garage; modify vehicular access – revised scheme to planning permission 6/2013/0416 to remove balcony/terrace and replace with monopitched roof. PASS shows that PDC have not yet determined this application.

 

6.   6/2013//0697 Mrs Miller. Six Acres, Dorchester Road, Sturminster Marshall, BH21 3RW. Erect side and rear extensions. NO OBJECTION.

 

7.   6/2013/0594 Mr F Street. Land adj. Annaberg, Middle Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6HJ.  Variation of Condition 2 of PP 6/2012/0698 (erect part single and part two storey dwelling with first floor balcony) to change the landscaping layout of the site and make changes to the design of the new dwelling including structural changes and changes to the window arrangement and materials.

As the plans were not available at the meeting, members were asked to view these online and forward their views to the Committee Chairman.

 

8.   6/2014/0005Mr A Wills. 26 Huntick Estate, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6EB. Removal of existing garden store to be replaced with new single storey garage extension to side of property with new driveway to part of front garden, remove existing entrance canopy and provide new cavity walled front porch. Provide 2 storey living/dining extension with bedroom on first floor with single storey kitchen extension to rear, internal rearrangements, solar panels and  roof light to existing bedroom.

As the plans were not available at the meeting, members were asked to view these online and forward their views to the Committee Chairman.
