The Parish Council has two formal meetings each month:

  • The Finance & General Purpose meeting (F&GP), normally held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
  • The Full Council meeting, normally held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

The meetings are traditionally convened in the Village Hall, either in the main hall or the Blanchard Room, although they are occasionally subject to change (these are indicated by *).

Each year there is also an opportunity to hold a more informal Annual Parish meeting where residents can review past, current and future projects with their Councillors. The date, time and venue to be announced.

Each meeting begins with a Public Participation session, which is an opportunity for residence and local business owners ask questions and raise issues of concern, etc. Members of the press are also welcome at the above meetings.

You can find details of the latest meeting agenda here. Minutes from the previous Full Council meetings are available here and Finance and General Purpose meeting here.

Venues may occasionally be subject to change. Please see the relevant agenda published on the Parish Council website and the noticeboard adjacent to the Library in the High Street.
