In line with the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 23rd March 2020, the Parish Council have closed Rocket Park, Foxhills Play area, the Skate Park and Lytchett Astro. Notices will be put up and the areas taped off.
The play areas will be closed for the foreseeable future and should not be used.
Safety inspections will also cease. The Council’s insurers will be informed of our action to close the facilities
The play areas adjacent to Lockyers Way and at The Spinney are not owned or maintained by the Parish Council. These are the responsibility of the Housing Association, but we expect they will similarly close them.
