Dorset Police say they have been receiving a significant number of calls with questions about Coronavirus and how the government restrictions impact individual circumstances.
So, they have pulled together a section on their website “where you can find updates from the Chief Constable, links to relevant public heath websites, updates on the impact to the services offered by Dorset Police as well as a series of frequently asked questions. We’ve also now included a section with some activities for young people which you may find useful.” You can visit the website here, which includes a useful FAQ section.
Dorset Police say they can’t ask specific queries about how government restrictions impact each and every individual scenario, but do remind everyone:
[to] stay home, protect the NHS and save lives. Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home). If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times and wash your hands as soon as you get home.
Do not meet others, even friends or family. You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
