There will be an additional meeting of the Full Council this month. The first of these will be on 13th September 2023 and will be combined meeting with the F&GP committee.

Copies of related reports for the items on the agenda are available on request from the Lytchett Matravers Parish Clerk (email lytchettmatravers@dorset-aptc.gov.uk) by 7pm on the day before the meeting.
As always, Parish Council meetings are open to the public and always start with a Public Participation session. Everybody is welcome to attend and discuss agenda items or raise other topics of concern., etc. Your local Dorset Councillors are also invited and may present reports.
