We spilt into four groups this week, despite an iffy forecast.
The loose ivy clippings from the surrounds of the Youth Club Hall were collected. The team also worked on down Lime Kiln Road towards Blaneys Corner.
There had been a few broken branches on Library Green. They have now been collected and with some other low branch trimming, that’s now looking very tidy. In fact, ready for the new path to connect the Pharmacy to the High Street.
We have installed a new litter bin on Rocket Park. The old one was missing a lid and was quite small. The new one matches those around and is positioned nearer the gate so it can be used as you leave or from the neighbouring picnic table areas.
