Photo of some work carried out along Wareham RoadStarted work on Wareham Road, cutting back hedges and verges. Certainly it’s easier this year since last year’s cut back. We have a few areas of no-mans land we need to tackle with a longer-term plan. There is also a new tunnel growing in the alley between 142/144 Wareham Road. The hedge branches have grown so tall they are joining up both sides. Some preliminary trimming was carried out to take out the hanging brambles, but a lot more to do.

There was also the unique experience of a rescue helicopter landing on the Rec., but it wasn’t for a GG!
