The team started at the corner of Lime Kiln Road and cleared kerbs and gutters on both sides. How is that while the grass on the verges is so brown and dry, the weeds in the gutters and kerbs are flourishing? The whole Old School Green and War Memorial area has been cleared this summer and hopefully it will just be a quick tidy up in autumn for Remembrance Day.
