Temporary closure of various roads for Remembrance Parade

Dorset Council has issued a Notice under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the use of the following roads by cyclists, horse riders and all mechanically propelled vehicles, except those taking part in the event and emergency vehicles, to facilitate a public event on the highway.

On Sunday 12 November 2023 between 10:45 and 11:15

• High Street from its junction with Vineyard Close to its junction with Old Pound Close
• Middle Road from its junction with High Street to its junction with Eldons Drove
• Lime Kiln Road from its junction with High Street to its junction with Turbetts Close
