The Annual Meeting of The Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 26th May 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
Now that lockdown is easing, this will take place in the Village Hall, although the meeting will still be a broadcast over Zoom
As usual, there is an opportunity for members of the public to raise issues of concern or interest at the beginning of the meeting. There will also be a series of reports from your local Dorset Councillors.
The main agenda will start with the election of Chairman and Vice-Chair, all of which are elected on an annual basis. Along with this we will be assigning responsibility for other roles around the village, including liaising with village organisations. The annual accounts and audit reports will also be presented, together with current planning applications. You can download the Full Agenda here.
To meet social distancing requirements, the meeting can only accommodate up to 4 members of the public. If you would like to attend the meeting in person, please contact the Parish Clerk in advance who will be able to let you know if space is available.
