A reminder, the Parish Council has set up 3 free defibrillator training workshops on Saturday, January 15th, 2022. If you’d like to attend, please reserve your place on Eventbrite, using this link:, or you can scan (with your smart phone camera) the QR code on the poster (over on the right or by clicking here). You will be able to choose from one of three 1-hour sessions: 9:15-10:15; 10:30-11:30 and 11:45-12:45

The defib workshops will take place in the Village Hall and are open to all adults and those in secondary education. They will be run by the Ouch Training Team from Wimborne and include CPR training as well, so will be comprehensive. The training is designed to help everyone become more familiar and confident when faced with a cardiac emergency.

Only 30 participants will be enrolled for each session to ensure that social distancing measures can be respected, however, we do advise the wearing of face masks when indoors – and of course, will reflect any regulations that may be in place at the time.

Refreshments will be available 😊

Please remember, if you suspect someone is having a cardiac emergency, dial 999. The operator will tell you exactly what to do.

Any Questions? If you are unable to book a training workshops online please contact the Parish Clerk on 07824 829491 or email: stating your name and phone number together with details of which session you would like to attend and how many people.
