The July Full Council meeting will be on Wednesday 26th July in the Blanchard Room at the Village Hall.
The agenda will include discussing and appointing our new Parish Councillor. You can view and download the Full Agenda here.
Copies of related reports for the items on the agenda are available on request from the Lytchett Matravers Parish Clerk (email lytchettmatravers@dorset-aptc.gov.uk) by 7pm on the day before the meeting.
As always, Parish Council meetings are open to the public and always start with a Public Participation session. Everybody is welcome to attend and discuss agenda items or raise other topics of concern., etc. Your local Dorset Councillors are also invited and may present reports.
