Spring Planting: March 15th 2022
With many thanks to a local resident, we were able to transplant a mixture of flowers and bulbs to the bank behind the ‘halfway’ bench on Pond Walk. They will certainly brighten that section up.
We also continued with the work to widen the tarmac path corner by the Eldons Drove car park. We had to dig out the tree in the car park but it has been moved to a new home on the Rec, replacing a dead tree in the corner towards the shops. The tree had to be moved because it would have been in the way when the PC re-do the Eldons Drove car park – but hopefully it will survive the move and enjoy its new home.
