The maple tree donated by Woodlands Nurseries for the Queen’s Jubilee has been planted near Rocket Park. Let’s hope it grows and last for another 70 years. They also generously provided some additional plants which have been placed in the raised wooden box near the Scout Hut.
The team also cleared around the pavilion and car park and continued along the eastern path – almost there.
Another team weeded and cleaned the War Memorial path, now looking pristine.
