Wyatt Homes have presented proposals for three new housing sites in Lytchett Matravers.
These plans have been developed in line with the Purbeck Local Plan Review which allocates 150 new homes in Lytchett Matravers across these three sites, along with new publicly accessible open space – known as the SANG. Initial workshops were held in September 2019 with representatives of the Parish Council and Purbeck District Council planning officers who provided key feedback around parking, housing/tenure mix, and pedestrian/cycle ways, which has been incorporated.
Wyatt Homes are now keen to hear your views on the proposals before submitting their planning applications to Dorset Council later this year. Following this, Dorset Council will then undertake its own consultation on the planning applications.
