Dorset Council has issued a Notice under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the use of the following roads in Lytchett Matravers by cyclists, horse riders and all mechanically propelled vehicles, except those taking part in the event and emergency vehicles, to facilitate this public event on the highway.
On Sunday 10 November between 10:45 and 11:15 as follows (see map below):
- Part Lime Kiln Road, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Turbetts Close
- Part High Street, from its junction with Old Pound Close to its junction with Vineyard Close
- Part Middle Road, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Eldons Drove
There will be no signed alternative route for diverted traffic on this occasion
