As a part of the walking route to school, the lane from Eldons Drove to the rear of the school playing field, has been having a makeover, with a new gate to allow access, but maintain safety for all by preventing cars from driving down there.
This should be completed by early January.
It may take some time to get into use because of the current COVID-19 restrictions but long term it will provide a safe walking route into the school grounds and should ease congestion on Wareham Road, especially if parents can use the Rec car park and walk in from there.
