The Parish Council has set up 3 free defibrillator training workshops on Saturday, January 15th, 2022.

The defib workshops will take place in the Village Hall and are open to all adults and those in secondary education. They will be run by the Ouch Training Team from Wimborne and include CPR training as well, so will be comprehensive. The training is designed to help everyone become more familiar and confident when faced with a cardiac emergency.

If you would like to participate in one of these free workshops, please order your tickets through Eventbrite here, for booking and on the day instructions. You will be able to choose from one of three 1-hour sessions: 9:15-10:15; 10:30-11:30 and 11:45-12:45

Only 30 participants will be enrolled for each session to ensure that social distancing measures can be respected, however, we do advise the wearing of face masks when indoors – and of course, will reflect any regulations that may be in place at the time.

Refreshments will be available 😊

Please remember, if you suspect someone is having a cardiac emergency, dial 999. The operator will tell you exactly what to do.
