Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of LYTCHETT MATRAVERS PARISH COUNCIL
Wednesday 3rd February 2021 at 7:00 online.
PRESENT were A Bush (Chairman), M Attridge, B Barker, R Carswell, M Colvey, A Cottman, A Huggins, K Korenevsky, K Morgan, P Webb, and Mr T Watton (Parish Clerk).
No members of the public were present.
1. To receive and consider apologies for absence.
Apologies were received from Cllrs A Cottman and M Colvey.
2. To receive any declarations of interest, and consider any requests for Special Dispensations under Section 33 of the Localism Act 2011.
There were none.
3. To CONSIDER A GRANT APPLICATION MADE ON BEHALF OF THE LYTCHETT MATRAVERS ANGELS.
It was unanimously RESOLVED to approve the grant award of £1000 for the purposes set out on the grant application form, for the benefit of Lytchett Matravers residents.
