Full Council: meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 23rd June 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall .

Meetings are now taking place in the Village Hall, although the meeting will still be a broadcast over Zoom.

As usual, the formal meeting will be preceded by a Public Participation Session which is an opportunity for members of the public to raise issues of concern or interest – e.g. ask a question, make a statement or present a petition. There will also be a series of reports from your local Dorset Councillors.

The main agenda includes items on related to installing more dropped kerbs around the village and to receive reports on the Village centre and Huntick Rd cycleway projects along with updates from the climate change emergency and village environment working groups who have been overseeing the redesign of the Pharmacy steps and installation of new solar panels onto the roof of the Sports Pavilion.

To meet social distancing requirements, the meeting can only accommodate up to 4 members of the public. If you would like to attend the meeting in person, please contact the Parish Clerk in advance who will be able to let you know if space is available.

If you would like to join the meeting by Zoom you should also contact the clerk who will be able to provide you with the zoom link and password.
